If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can return it for a full refund. Simply let us know within 5 days of receiving your order.
We offer 5 day returns, which means you can return your order if you notify us within 5 calendar days of receiving it.
Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number.
Once we have received the item back, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. (You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods)
All returned items must be in a saleable condition with the tags attached.
The Item I received was damaged
We are sorry to hear the item you received was damaged. Simply let us know by email or phone with the order number and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once the products are dispatched, you should expect it delivered to your door as per the following:
Ireland / United Kingdom Standard Delivery: 1-2 working days.
United Kingdom Next Day Delivery: 1 working day (items must be ordered by 10am).
Europe: 2-5 working days.
United States: 4-10 working days.
Rest Of World: 5-12 working days.
All products including framed prints, are dispatched within 1-2 working days. However, we are currently experiencing some setback with delivery times, please bear with us and if your order is of urgent please call or email us. We ill endeavor to get it to you as soon as possible.
